Our church has vocational and part-time staff, along with numerous other gifted men and women who volunteer to serve our church community.

  • David Brown

    Lead Pastor

    Dave is married to Danielle and they have five children (four girls and one boy).  Dave started serving the church at the age of 18 and later dedicated his life to pastoral ministry in 1998. He  has served churches in Maryland, Tennessee, North Carolina, and returned to Maryland in 2005. His family  has had the privilege of partnering with God's work at Severna Park since December 2009.

  • Bill Bloomquist
    Pastor of Worship & Connections

    Bill is married to Mary Ann and they have a married daughter. Bill has over forty years of ministry experience with music and pastoral ministry. Bill is an accomplished musician with a doctorate in piano performance, and skilled at leading worship. He is also passionate about equipping individuals and building teams to serve the Lord and others in the community through the local church. Bill joined the pastoral staff in February 2021.


  • April Montagne

    Ministry Coordinator

    April was raised in Hawaii and is married to Jason, and they have three children (two boys and one girl). She has been a member since 2010 and joined the ministry staff part-time in January 2019.


  • Administration & Care

    Our church office can be contacted through or 410-647-0765. 
    Generally, our office is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9am-4pm.
    Our Ministry Coordinator is in the office Mondays & Thursdays 3-5pm.

    Our Elder Team assists with shepherding care of member families and giving leadership to the church body. You can also reach them by contacting the church office.
